This is a special tribute to my cyber friends. I can't wait to meet more of you.

Somedays I feel as thought I am the only person in this old world of mine. My friend who was living with us for a while introduced me to the AOL, and I found out that there are many, many people out there who are so full of love and caring.
How hardly a day goes by but I don't meet someone new or someone I have met here and they share a part of their lives with me. I am so thankful for the trust they have in me, and also so very glad that there are people with whom I can share parts of myself with. It has been such a blessing in my lonely life.
Now a moment rarely goes by but I have a smile on my face and a song in my heart.
My world is so enlightened by the love that I have found here on the internet.
I will be adding things to my site, but for now this is me.

Friendship is like a rainbow
It's a smile turned upside down
Each friend is a different color
They blend to help us find the way
From one day to the other
Just like a bridge over the deep canyon
Each friend is woven into a walkway
To safely get us from one side to the other
Being without that bridge of friends
Would like trying to climb the mountain unaided
The difference is that sever
I am so thankful for my Cyber Friends
And the many blessings they have been in my life
Each one has their own strengts
Some different from mine
Others so much alike
When my soul cries out
It seems like there is always
A friend there with an understanding ear
When in my life the rain comes down
And troubles seem to be all around
Thats when a friend can be found who
Knows what you are going through
Who has a shoulder you can cry on
Of someone who's advice to help you
Deal with common daily striff
That lends a hand
A heart
A hug
Oh yes friendship is like a rainbow
For they help to shield us from harm
Or lend a helping hand when we are trying to stand
Up from a bad fall
Or sooth our ruffled feathers
When something has not gone our way
Their love is like the Sunshine
Shining through the rain
That makes a wonderful rainbow
To remind us that they are always there

Teddy Bear Love
|
I am told I started out my life with you
That you stayed right by my side
Throught the nights that I was sick
And the nights that I was well
The days that you have been here
Even when I was feeling down
You have been here to dry my childhood tears
And a few of the grown up ones too
When I look at you what do I see
Not the tattered teddy you have become
But the friend who has stood by my side
A soft little lump of fluff that frightened the boggie man away
There have been friends who have come and gone
But you have stayed right here by my side
There are many teddybears that have come into my life
But none have meant as much as you my teddybear
You will never grow old
At least in my mind
Your love will continue to grow
You will always be here by my side
